At Homeful, our service aims to take care of all the things that get your project ready for construction.

Our service is aimed to reduce decision fatigue and make owning and building your own house more straight forward and simply possible. We have refined our product and service down to what is enough to support a meaningful life while keeping room for you to customise your Homeful to suit your unique lifestyle.

We want to hear your story and tailor our service to your situation to enable your ideal version of a meaningful life. We enjoy helping people create a home or space that has quality, is affordable, flexible and that contributes positively to their physical, mental and financial wellbeing.

As part of our process, during Stage One: Your Feasibility Package we will assess the suitability of your site, ascertain which Homeful options are best for you and, most importantly, assist in understanding the probable costs to build your Homeful home for your unique location and situation.

Homeful will

fine-tuning simple customisations,
selecting and specifying the details and finishes,
all regulatory and approval requirements and
provide tips for finding the right builder for your Homeful.

Homeful has relationships with various builders that we can connect you with to get it built. Of course you can always find your own builder - no problem! Alternatively, if you are keen to be an owner builder we can set you up, so you’re ready to launch into building your own abode!

Clear and transparent costs are paramount to us. We believe in doing the feasibility work to provide you with a unique probable costing upfront so you can make an informed decision to proceed and commit to your Homeful project with financial clarity.

We can provide fully detailed design, or just the basics to allow you to take care of your own internal fit-out decisions and selections. There is space for customisation without an overwhelming degree of choice or decision making involved.

We are friendly, approachable, down to earth and are committed to walking our talk.

We are a well informed team who strive to see you getting to where you want to be.

We carbon offset all Homeful projects to contribute to lessening your impact on the earth and feel it is important to do what we can to practice balanced sustainability. After all, what our earth needs is many people doing ‘sustainability’ imperfectly rather than just a few doing it perfectly! While we do offer our services for site + client specific design customisations, along with our project management services to get your project ready for construction throughout lutruwita/Tasmania + Victoria, we’re also pleased to offer ‘ready-to-go’ Homeful Concept Packages, Australia wide.

Ready-to-go means you can purchase a Homeful Concept Package directly from us, with a bundle of useful resource documents too. This package can be used as your concept design; you can then seek out a local professional to add a site plan, tweak the design for optimal orientation + views, as well as assisting you with getting your site specific reports, consultants, construction documentation, certification + approvals completed.
